The problem most people have with any type of diet is that it implies restriction in their mind. NOBODY wants to feel restricted. That includes me! I want to eat what I want, when I want! Of course I cant just eat anything and maintain my health and body composition on the outside or inside. Thats just common sense. BUT I can choose to reframe how I think about what I eat. I can choose to eat mindfully and really tune into what my body is telling me by being conscious of how I FEEL. At this point it is no longer about what I can or cant eat. It is simply about choosing what makes me feel good and avoiding what makes me feel bad. Food can have a direct connection to symptoms such as bloating, heart burn, headaches, lethargy, poor sleep, depression, anxiety, constipation, skin problems etc. Reframe your thinking-lose the weight-change your life!
