The question is why a civilian police force needs a tank. Such a “tool” makes the GOVERNMENT MUCH, MUCH MORE PHYSICALLY POWERFUL than AMERICAN CITIZENS. ... PURCHASED BY TAX PAYERS MONEY. DoD spent $329 million dollars ...another multi-million dollar piece of WASTEFUL SPENDING by the American federal government (by Obama) This wave occurs at a time in which VIOLENT CRIME rates have been steadily DROPPING for years, This RAISES QUESTION about the MOTIVATION for arming American police with the tools used by the military to fight Al Qaida. Really, what is Mr. Os motive??? -He is From Muslim brotherhood -Fired five military generals (perhaps they did not pass the Litmus test) -Dept. of Home Land Security is headed a Muslim/Jihad/Al Qaida supporter -FEMA camps are set up with millions of coffins. -Finally, Muslims believe their Mahti will return in the midst of chaos & war. Is he trying to expedite the return of his god? -& the list goes on... -Just saying... You be the judge.
