The result of my doctor appointment can be summed up into this one phrase my wonderful doctor told me...the way your body metabolizes glucose is messed up. Nice! Lol! So pretty much I have a mix of diabetes and hypoglycemia. My body apparently has no clue what its doing and the glucose in my blood is either too high or too low and rarely at a happy medium. Now I am being referred to a nutritionist because I have to make a lifestyle change to avoid serious problems down the road. ::sigh:: my life is never boring, haha!
