The situation dictates that we need a drastic action, right now. we need better result kase this time around and that result could be achieved if (1) we allow the bright students to replicate themselves among the 35 sections and allow our students from the lower section to teach humility sa mga performing academically (2) break the stereotyping and stigma na nakakabit sa lower sections and give them hope na hindi sila stagnant (3) challenge our teachers to work harder, break the old habit and shift their paradigm (minsan kase pag masyado na tayung accustomed sa practice, dun nagsisimula ang laxness (4) make planning and testing highly functional at hindi idea o deped order lang sa papel and (5) address the would be problem of K-12 Senior High School ngayun palang kahit hindi pa nagsisimula. HIndi ito trip trip lang, para sa akin ito na ang pinaka win-win strategy of all. I believe in the wisdom of our school principal, she knows how we can improve performance, by highly randomizing the set up, the conditions and the interlocutors. Minsan kailangan lang naten buksan ang ating mga mata para mas makita ang kagandahan kesa sa kapangitan ng isang polisiya.
