The story of Makayla Sault, an eleven year old girl who decided to pursue alternative methods of healing, is spreading across the internet, because she died. The media is arguing that she died because she quit chemo. But I argue that she died because she underwent eleven weeks of chemo. I argue that any amount of chemo is harmful, a huge obstacle that wrecks your chances for alternatives to work. Even Dr. Leonard Coldwell, who strongly suggests alternative methods, says that cancer is a fork in the road where you have to make the choice between alternative or mainstream methods, at the time of the diagnosis.
