The sweet face of Phoebe just melts everyone who sees her. She is such a lovely lady...and I mean a proper lady! She has such wonderful manners and is a quiet, sweet, gentle, loving little lap dog who just wants to feel secure and safe and loved and be cherished forever and ever. She has earned that life. She was sadly thrown away like trash behind a high-kill animal shelter and just left in a cage with no food and water on the hottest weekend of the year. Thats NO way to treat any living thing, never mind a ten-pound shih tzu. Phoebe couldnt be sweeter. She came to us with a little growth on her tail that we had surgically removed. It was a benign cyst, and should never return. Phoebe is about five years old, and is spayed, heartworm negative, up to date on all her vaccinations, and has been treated for fleas and intestinal parasites (worms). She is ready to find her perfect forever home. Shes so good. She is absolutely NO trouble, and is just a tiny little munchkin. Her adoption fee is $250.
