The system is not perfect but I believe it gets it right most of the time. I am willing to accept the verdict but you have to wonder what if TM had been a cute white girl instead. Would our perception of GZ actions been different. Had GZ not been packing heat would he have pursued TM? I would think not as he obviously could not fight TM allegedly was whooping his ass so bad he had to be shot. I have encountered people who think because they have a gun on them that makes them in charge of everyone else and on one occasion I have seen that person beaten like a baby seal for inserting them selves into a situation they did not belong in when they could have called the cops and observed. Having a gun on you does not make you king shit of anything. If you have a C&C great. Act responsibly and keep the ego in check, lives hang in the balance. GZ will be spending more time in court in the near future to sure and serves as a good example of the type of person that should not consider carrying a gun.
