The three original founders of Hong Kongs pro-democracy Occupy movement have tearfully announced they will surrender by turning themselves in to police. They have urged protesters still on the streets to retreat. The announcement follows clashes between hundreds of pro-democracy protesters and police on Sunday which left dozens injured, in one of the worst nights of violence since rallies began over two months ago.
