The tides of war are changing. We have been chosen to heed the call and meet this challenge head on. Will you join your brothers and sisters in the fight against the Iron Horde? Warmachine will be changing to fit the demands of its people. I will be taking up the reins of Guild Master and pushing us towards the goal of seeing end game raiding content in the coming months. This is my formal invitation to join me in this exciting time and help the guild grow and see new content together. What Id like to see from you: - Consistency: If nothing else, showing up is paramount to achieving new goals as a guild. - Content Knowledge: Being prepared ahead of time knowing the fight mechanics and positioning -Sound mechanical understanding of your class/spec/role: Going forward, I would like to use a standard metric to measure where we are at personally. The solution Ive come to after some discussion with some of your peers is the Proving Grounds. -Silver is used to enter Heroics -Gold will be required to raid with Warmachine -This ensures everyone we take is at a base level of mechanical skill helping us tackle new content with less struggle. -Donations: Whether this comes in the form of donating your time to help gear out our under-leveled guildmates, teaching those new to fights or their role how to be a more mechanically sound player, or donating items or reagents to the guild bank to keep the guild bank repair allowance as liberal as it can be. Everything helps! It cant be a one man show, nor should it be. Where do we start? -This is a tough question, and certainly it needs to be addressed it a manner that allows for the rest of the above to follow smoothly. There is no magic switch to becoming a raiding-centric guild. I plan to commit my time to filling out the guild bank in the reagents and the solid gold we will need to starting banging out new content. There will be wipes and frustration and we need a solid base to get us through with as little from your end as possible.
