The victim stated that the night before she was at the Kangaroo at Northwest 35th street and Highway 441 she was robbed of one hundred dollars. She said that a Black male asked her for money to purchase marijuana. He then demanded she give him all her money and then fled on foot. The victim stated she chased the subject behind CVS but didn’t call the incident in for 12 hours because she was afraid of the subject. Detective Wallace responded and the investigation continues. An unlocked vehicle was entered while parked at a home in the 31hundred block of Southwest 95th Place in Ocala and stole cash and his license valued at forty dollars. Deputy Watts responded to a home on Pine Terrace Way that was entered and someone stole copper wiring and other property valued at 33hundred dollars. Someone entered a home in the 36hundred block of Northeast 41st Street through an open window, and stole electronics, jewelry and tools valued at four hundred dollars. Detective Lewis arrested Ashley Bingham for grand theft and dealing in stolen property. Ashley stole clothes that belonged to her mother and sold them to Platos Closet in Ocala. Someone entered a home in the 67hundred block of Southwest 168th Terrace Road and stole electronics and jewelry valued at eight hundred and eighty dollars. That is all for your taco-tastic Tuesday.
