The woman in this advert is a terrible parent. For those of you who have children here are some top tips: 1. Shampoo is expensive; the first thing this woman should have done is make it clear to the little girl that it is completely unacceptable to waste all the shampoo on her dolly. 2. Mobile technology is great but this woman is clearly too attached to her mobile phone. She doesn’t even put it down to clean up the mess. This lack of human interaction in the child’s life has lead her daughter to misunderstand the basic difference between inanimate objects and real people. 3. Obviously the shampoo needs replacing but simply telling Google you need some more is already indoctrinating the child into rampant consumerism which is killing the planet. 4. Google doesn’t know what time she’ll be at the shops so will probably just remind her at a random time the following day about the shampoo and God knows what other rubbish shes been talking to it about. I fear in 24hrs time there will be no shampoo and the child will have moved on to more dangerous unattended activities as her mother becomes more engrossed by her smartphone The most important thing here with this and all the Google Speech adverts is that if you feel you are in anyway like the people depicted in the them then please DO NOT HAVE CHILDREN. youtube/watch?v=x1Lmayd5V4M&feature=share
