The workshop “Lakho Anay Saaru Lakho” held by my wife Sangita Joshi and me on Sunday 2nd November 2014 was a great success beyond our imagination. More then 150 participants attended the 8 hour workshop and 74 participants actively wrote essay in the one hour time frame provided to them. Shri Maulik Kotak did the honours of launching “Aath Pravas” book. Editor of Chitralekha Mr Bharat Ghelani praised the work of arranging such workshop. Renowned writer Varsha Adalja once again announced the competition Kaka Kalelkar Pravas Varnan Nibandh Spardha 2015 and advised the attendees to the consistence in the efforts to write. Pinky Dalal and Taru Kajaria, Nandini Trivedi, Ketan Mistry and Hiren Mehta, Hiten Anandpara and Mukesh Joshi, DIvyasha Doshi and Sunil Mewada gave excellent guidance on how to write effectively and in a better manner. Sangita Joshi raised a question as to why anybody should write when hardly 0.01% writings of the total writings are been published. Dr. Sudhir Shah gave a fitting reply by stating that “to express onself”. We both also gave 7 tips of better writing. The whole workshop was conducted by Sangita Joshi, Dr. Sudhir Shah and Jayesh Chitalia. This was a unique event, one of its kind. Editors of Navneet Samarpan Mr Doshi, Mr Manan of Chitralekha, Writer Sonal Shukla, Dr. Kalpana Joshi were few of the many attendees and participants of the workshop.
