The worst form of blindness is Leadership Blindness. When an institution has a blind person as a leader, that institution will experience dearth of definite & objective vision/goals necessary 2 bring holistic transformation 2 it.Let them alone, they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch(Matth.15:14). Therere four forms of institutional relationship; 1. Blind Leaders lead Blind Followers, 2. Blind Leaders lead Foresight Followers, 3. Foresight Leaders lead Blind Followers, 4. Foresight Leaders lead Foresight Followers. How would u categorize ur country or ur family or ur place of work or ur religious body, or ur school, as an institution. Results will justify ur claim!
