#ThemeForest is one of the best places to find high quality website themes, no doubt. However I had a (very) #disappointing and #bad customer care experience when I saw technical issues not being fully addressed, no conclusive diagnose give, my support account blocked so I could not have access to the history of my tickets and worse: BEING THREATENED OF HAVING MY DATA PUBLICLY SHARED ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Lesson: Before you buy a theme from ThemeForest and DreamTheme, make sure you are comfortable with the support given, because eventually you will need it and if it takes more than 3 days to have it solved: THEY WILL SHUT YOU DOWN. The fact they silently delete my complain here in the community show how they address to pressure to become clean.
