There are a lot of things Christians can do, and should do, for people. We can be patient, kind, loving, forgiving, compassionate, merciful, encouraging, thankful, giving, etc, etc. That list could go on and on. Those things are helpful and we SHOULD do them, but that is not the whole Gospel. Without Gods power operating in and through us, those things (that even unsaved people do) are all that we are limited to. Many Christians that truly care about others and want to meet others needs honestly realize what they have is not enough. My friend, God has power available that is more than enough to meet the needs of mankind. If you will pick up the Bible and discover His words to you about this power, and ask Him for it, He will freely give it to you. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.) John 7:38-39
