There are few times ive watched a movie that really made me think about my life and the future of my life. Her is one of those movies. There is one part that really stuck out and its this scene towards the very end. Im going to spoil it by talking about why I love it so much, so dont read ahead if you plan on watching it. The main reason I love it is because we all evolve in life. We will all move on and sometimes that means leaving the people we care for the most. Its not always easy, but sometimes its necessary. We hate the idea that the people we love wont be with us one day, so we need to love them now while we can. Theodore loves Samantha more than possible, yet hes understanding and has allowed her to go because he knows she doesnt belong where she is. Letting her go is the proof of his love.
