There are many issues that need media attention. The issues the CBC will concentrate, will reflect a sense of country, government and patriotism. In sum, the intense investigation of the body corporate. My government and the laws created over many years leave little rooms to negotiate. The CBC is a crown corporation that functions at arms length. What does this mean? Only that financial transactions between my government and the CBC will be deemed to have been carried out at fair market value. My government still controls the message. The senate for instance is considered a legislative body of my government that functions at the same capacity, arms length. Financial transactions between the governing party of my government and the senate will be deemed to have been constructed at fair market value. Where the senate is simply a body operating for the benefit of my government It is for my benefit the government works. My government provides competent stewardship over all taxpayers money, mine included. And it is for that reason that the tax court of Canada was brought into existence. Any unsatisfactory results produced in the Tax Court of Canada will be reported to the Federal Court of Appeal in matters review. Any Canadian citizen has the right to represent themselves or anyone else for that matter in the Supreme Court of Canada. It is a constitutional right and through due process one day found fair or not. Regardless of race, creed, color or any other fashionable category one might fit into, this is the law. Marc Harb wishes to sue the senate in the Ontario Supreme Court on a matter of expense account. Perhaps an expense account he should not have been given. A senator is entitled to his opinion. it is a constitutional right but when a senators argument is "Screw the Tax Court of Canada. Screw the Federal Court of Appeal. Screw Revenue Canada and Screw the senate" I think Fraud was committed on behalf of the senator the day he got dressed looked in the mirror and told his family he was going to work.
