There are several different options for training within the McMillan Training Systems facility. 1-Personal Training; this is your typical one-on-one training that you find a most gyms (even though our prices may be slightly lower), very few use this type of training unless they are beginners, need a little more attention to achieve their goal or have very specific goals. 2-Small Group Training; this is the most widely used training system at McTS. You will train with one to five other individuals that have like minded goals. You pay on a monthly basis rather than per session. This training method allows the trainer you utilize the entire facility and keep the clients cost lower. 3-Boot Camps; at McTS we now have several styles of Boot Camps, from boxing, kids, mud run and body pump style. Boot Camps are $10 for a drop in and $5 per class for current clients training with trainers. First class is always free! 4-Powerlifting; this is for those looking to participate in a power lifting meet. We have a very experienced group of lifters within McTS to help you learn and get motivated.
