There are so many people who run from their problems. They run and run and never face them. They run from people that they do not like or have harmed them in some way, or avoid places that may trigger a reaction and bring up bad memories. And the big one that people run from, is the past. Instead of dealing with these issues, people take the easy way out and ride down the comfortable path called Least Resistance. When you face these problems in your life and attack them head on, you become stronger and you will grow spiritually. When you face your fears, those fears (most of them) go away. If you want to lead a great, healthy, happy life for yourself, with values and hopes and dreams, you must first get rid of that heavy baggage you carry around inside of you...Just drop it off and never pick it back up again. Every time this uncomfortable situation comes up in your life, do not bury your head in the sand. Greet the problem head on and with a positive mindset and you will realize that the huge problem that has been beating you up mentally, for so long and so many years, was just a figment of your imagination. It was never real to begin with and certainly will never hurt you. Live free of mental anguish, live free of anxieties of what you think is going to happen, live free from the fears of the unknown, live free from something that happened so long ago and has been keeping you chained down for years, stuck from forward progression... Let it all go. Declare freedom from all of this and watch your life flourish with healthy positive faith filled thoughts. Happiness is right around the corner peeking its head out at you. Go get it and welcome it into your heart. Struggles and difficulties are part of life. You cannot avoid these problems; it will always arise no matter how much you try to take control or organize the things in your life. Problems are not the reason why a person lives a difficult and miserable life; most of the time, it’s a matter of perspective. Because often, majority of people let problems defeat them through feelings of anger, fear and anxiety. These negative feelings paralyze a person to move forward and take a step in resolving the problem. On the other hand, perspective is also the reason why there are people who succeed despite struggles and difficulties in life. It’s because those who succeed knows how to resolve or manage problems when it arises. They don’t let the negative emotion of anger, doubt, fear or anxiety interfere their ability to think of the solutions and take the next step. If you get easily paralyzed and depressed by the problems in your life, take time to read and follow these seven steps in resolving problem. It can help you rise above the difficulties, move on positively and eventually achieve success in life. Accept the facts. Problems are the part of life - the more you run from a problem the more it will chase you. This is ultimate reality; if you accept something it is impossible for that thing to bother you. Know what your problems are. If you know your problem, it would help you to solve as wise people of the village always say ”A known enemy is much better than an unknown friend”. Know those Damages which the problem is going to make. Determine the reason or cause. A problem never arise without any reason, if the problem is there then the reason must be there, if we find the reason we are pretty close to solve it. Most of the problems of daily life arise out of silly reasons, find those and solve your problems. Collect all the information, facts and data regarding and about your problem. Analyse and argue. Analyse the information to find the optimum solution, argue yourself why one solution is better than others. Stop worrying. Worrying is just like a revolving chair, It gives you something to do but wont take you anywhere. Think Differently. Dont you think, it is important to have the right mind-set while solving a problem? It always helps to be open-minded and to have the ability to think out-of-the-box. Oftentimes, we tend to avoid problems because of the discomfort and awkwardness it feels. Once you had the courage to face your problems, you are now ready to decide on the solution or the next action step. In every problem that arises in your life, strive to learn the lesson and carry them as you move forward in life. Remember, it’s better to carry the lessons learned rather than the grudges. Never Lose Your Value as a Person. It is false to believe that problems are bad karma as a consequence of your past wrongdoings. Remember, problem happens even to the most saintly people on earth. Never let problems become a measurement of your value as a person. You never lose your value because of problems. Be Ready for Problems. The best way to become prepared and ready with problems is to accept that it is part of life. Accept problems as part of the imperfections that makes life more meaningful and worth living for. As they say, if there’s no pain, there’s no glory. The same is true that if there’s no problems and difficulty, there will be no happiness and bliss.
