There has been several young people reported missing lately only to find out later they were having a temper tantrum. Look at the cost of manpower to try and locate these young people. Not to mention the heartache and worry it causes their family. Once found these young people should have to do community service to repay what it cost to try and locate them. It also takes away from true missing persons cases.
