There is ALWAYS something that you wont do well and there are ALWAYS going to be people who criticize what you DO do well. We all have a different set of skills and talents. Some people wont get it. Not everyone is supposed to get it. And that is okay. You can try to convince them otherwise, but you are just wasting your time. Recognizing where your strengths are helps you identify your weaknesses, and that makes you much more valuable. Put effort into being around the people who emphasize your strengths...the ones who life you up and believe in who you are...the ones that encourage you to grow. Pay no mind to everyone else. The ones who spend way too much time criticizing others choices dont have the courage to make a single choice of their own -- they deflect any kind of ownership of their own lives. Stay away from them -- they are just haters. They are so unhappy with their own lives that they cant even focus on fixing what makes them unhappy. So when those kinds of people decide to throw out their nasty comments because they have nothing else better to do...#ShakeItOff
