There is a black and white possibly Shit zhu mix on Coit street near Osteen tax service. He? has been there since last June hiding around the burnt out bus station bldg. He runs when you try to get near him. People in the area have been feeding it and trying to keep him safe. I thought I saw where someone lost one back in the summer. If you know of anyone who could have lost this pup, please let them know. DO NOT TRY TO CATCH it without letting the people at the tax service know, they would love to have him. He will run toward the railroad and seems street smart but I am afraid he could get hit if chased.
