When you take into consideration the following, it really puts things in a better perspective. *Initial consultation - 20+ min. *Putting together entertainment agreement / info sheet and trip to post office - 20 min. *Various consultations before your event - 2+ hours. *Travel time (depending on location) 30 min. round trip in Casper *Setting up - 2 hours *Creating custom play list for your event - 45 min. *Actual show time - 4 hours *Tear down - 1 hour *Updating website and social medias about your show. - 1.5 hours. For a grand total of 12.41 hours. Divide $1000.00 by 12.41 hrs. = $80.58 per hour. Not really that much when you take into consideration the production that goes on for your event.
