There is no excuse for not having the time to exercise. I woke up late this morning feeling tired and sluggish after a hard day of training yesterday and a long day of work. I did my usual morning exercises, but cut the time down to 6 minutes as I want to get cracking with doing some more work as soon as possible. 6 minutes is all it took to take me from feeling terrible to feeling totally energised and fully awake. Thats all it takes. Just move your body. Take some deep breathes and do what your body is designed to do. Fill it with energy.
