There is no such thing as bad food, (trans fat, and some artificial flavour enhancers being an exception) only bad amounts!! Clean eating is a ridiculous concept. Granted it can have benefits to an individual that is very overweight and has a very poor relationship with food, but it is still very possible to gain bodyfat eating only CLEAN foods. The more relevant factor in body composition is the amount of each food. Calories, macro (proteins, carbs, fats) and micro-nutrients (vitamins and minerals) are far more important than eating clean. Some refer to tracking food intake as overboard, however these people are quick to comment on how they cant gain or lose weight. Tracking food intake makes you accountable for your progress instead of guessing and busting your but all week only to have unknowingly over or under eaten and youve gone backwards!!! If you would like to lose .5kg - 1kg a week or gain muscle mass and strength at a steady rate my meal plan is the best place to start!!! Inbox for more info 💪
