There really hasnt been much change with Bentley. Wasnt much success with the steroids on weaning the vent down. His Co2 level has been between the 60s and 70s. It needs to be in the lower 50s or below to wean. But on a brighter note, since they started weaning his morphine he has been more awake and alert and calm! He is loving people talking to him and playing with him. He did great with therapy today. They checked his eyes again and said they looked ok and would see him in two weeks. Just wish we could be with him everyday to so he could get out of bed which he seems to really like. He is 9lbs 3oz and 19 1/2 inches long. Pray with time he can heal enough to eventually be hm with us where he belongs!
