These email updates are so valued by us to help balance out the hard decisions we sometimes have to make and the heartache we see in rescue. It reminds us of the happy endings! 18 month old Tucci was from ACCT and had a hard time finding the right family. She was quick to bare teeth at men she met. This family was willing to give her the chance to shine and find happiness! It looks like Tucci returned the favor! Beth, I wanted to let you know that Tucci and Beamer are getting along PERFECTLY!!!! In fact, out of all the dogs Ive had there have never been two that got along as well and Tucci and Beamer. They love to play tug and chase each other and play-fight. But they are both respectful and when one has had enough the other backs off. They are just so incredibly wonderful with each other... it is a joy to watch them. And boy can Tucci play rough! Poor Beamer! But hes learned how to hold his own ... and dodge the blows as she tries to ram right into him. At night we all snuggle together on the bed...although Walt and I have to get in first to claim our space. They are both very good on the bed...willing to yield and no issues with someones leg/paw over someone elses behind. It was a match made in Heaven and destined to be!
