These laws we continue to pass in the name of progress or equality serve only to institutionalize segregation that may or may not actually exist. And while labeling such agendas redistribution of wealth is literally true, the prime beneficiary is the entity that mandates and facilitates the redistribution. Put another way in another part of the world: If this is hatred, then it is very young. It has been caused, simply, by the informal divide-and-rule policies of the British colonial exercise.
