These moving images and scenes take me right back to Saint Lucia in the hills and valleys of Grace Vieux Fort where I spent a whole lot of time as a young lion growing my locks, watching the rising Sun climb over the mountains, living a natural life bathing in the rivers, it was strictly Ital eating fruits and vegetables, drinking cane and coconut juice, smoking and drinking ganja (marijuana) tea, listening to Conscious Reggae Music, giving thanks and praises to the Most High and feeling like I was in Africa. youtu.be/zctRgxTDTbg
