These pictures from Game 1 of the World Series in Kansas City crack me up. These two guys both fell asleep DURING the game. Those are some expensive naps. Then again maybe I’d fall asleep too, if the Giants were losing 7-1. I also heard an interesting story about the difference between parking in Kansas City and San Francisco. Outside AT&T Park some lots are charging $100 or more. And a parking pass is going for more than $200 online. But in Kansas City, one private lot near the stadium is only charging $13. Can you believe it? And its only $25 dollars to park AT the stadium. Up from only $15 during the ALCS. Jeez, I paid $30 to park for Disney on Ice at Oracle Arena. And one last note. Guess how Giants pitcher Jeremy Affeldt spent his morning? He went to Starbucks and read a book. I wonder if anyone recognized him. Go Giants!
