They say that we need to stop black on black crime, stop harming one another, stop hating one another and I am in total agreement with this. But when a nation of people have been oppressed and conditioned to hate ourselves for being who we are, what kind of psyche are we really expected to have? The enemy knows our worth sometimes more than we as a people do. For that reason alone, he has enslaved us, murdered us, raped us, locked us up, denied us, and oppressed us at every turn. However, we are a nation that has never blamed God for this. While all these things were being done to us, we still sang hymns and praised God. We will continue to #riseabove a system that is meant to perpetuate a vicious cycle but, before you go judging and pointing your fingers, get your facts straight! Its always easy to judge a person just make sure the door that holds your skeletons is closed and locked away! We wouldnt want them to fall out!
