Things Im learning since giving up all cokes: 1. I dont CRAVE snacky foods anymore. 2. I dont CRAVE sweets anymore. I actually turn them down. And its not because Im trying to be good. I really dont want them. 3. I have less desire to eat during the day. When Im hungry Im really HUNGRY. Im finding myself only eating to satisfy real hunger. 4. I think my new habit of having a handful of almonds is helping a LOT. Sometimes Ill have those for a MEAL. 5. Im VERY content drinking water (plain and flavored) and tea sweetened with Sweet & Low. 6. And last but NOT least it has helped the number on the scale move!
