Think its rather humorous that I keep hearing from my family doctor suddenly in regards to the results that my other doctors have requested. My family doctor kept pushing the antidepressants when I said no I wasnt taking them because I knew I didnt need them. And got questioned as to why I was demanding a referral to an endocrinologist which I got reluctantly. When my pathology report finally came in my family dr called to ask if Id seen my surgeon yet and yes I had that same morning! Lol and today I got a call about my blood work which Im sure is showing me majorly hypo asking if I was seeing my endo anytime soon. I see my endo next Friday - If I hadnt taken charge of my own health Id still be suffering from undiagnosed Hashimotos destroying my thyroid and wrecking havoc on my system with inflammation and a cancer lingering. Just to be told now now heres a pill. Grrrr
