This Boerboel male was surrendered to the SPCA with a gunshot wound to the right side of his head . His owner shot him in a built up area after he had attacked him . The attack was due to the fact that the litter had a fight amongst them and the owner tried separating them . The male then took offense and protected his offspring. This should serve as a warning , do not attempt breeding if you havent got the knowledge or facility to do so . Breeders should rise to higher standards. The SPCA needs higher membership numbers in order to convince the City Council to change bylaws for stricter control of backyard breeding. Dont just post but take the effort to become a member!!!! We have decided to name the dangerous , vicious male Chaka and the female Nandi . Both of them will need a good and respectable home to go to and the normal rules will apply to both .
