This Is NOT AN APOLOGY for the Muslim Birmingham Fox News claim BY FOX NEWS. it is an apology by a paid pundit that they use. Emerson essentially sticks to his story. He also makes a play for being the victim of this uproar with his claim here that critics are trying to squeeze the blood from him, and his verY disingenuous claims elsewhere that listening to his own interview with the venomous Jeanne Pirro was like being waterboarded. So, lets see those news reports that make up his research, please. Daily Mirror? The Sun? I am inclined to agree with David Camerons assessment: a compleat idiot. The real idiocy, however, is that hes made a career out of it, AND HE IS ONE OF A BREED. Fox News did apologise for calling Robin Williams a coward for committing suicide, and for joking that female Muslim soldiers on the frontlines were boobs on the ground, but I wouldnt hold your breath waiting for an apology from the network for smearing Muslims. After all, it makes up a huge chunk of their news cycle. Seeing all the hypocrisy and self righteousness around the Charlie Hebdo Massacre is so gut wrenching. Why cant we acknowledge that these were criminal fanatics slaughtering a group of satirists who admittedly published items in bad taste to piss people off, and not an assault in some Islamic Cultural Crusade?
