This Sunday I will be taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Heart disease is the leading cause of deaths worldwide and it accounts for approximately 1/3 of all deaths in the UK. The BHF aids research into heart disease and offers families who have suffered from the various diseases much needed support.
