This afternoon Caleb is having surgery to implant a small pump into to abdomen. This pump will administer medication to his spine to help control his spontaneous muscle spasms. These spasms are very common with spinal cord injuries. During the past couple months Calebs have gotten really bad causing him some issues (like crashing his wheel chair, banging his head onto furniture, sliding around during transfers). It is a routine type surgery and we do not expect any issues or delays in his rehabilitation. Thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers!!!
