This chapter sets out various stages and phases that will be followed in completing the study. Specifically the following subsections will be included; research design, target population, data collection instruments, data collection procedures and finally data analysis. For this particular research process, we shall utilize case study as the method of research. According to Rowley (2008), case study as a research strategy often emerges as an obvious option for students and other new researchers who are seeking to undertake a modest scale research project based on their workplace or the comparison of a limited number of organizations. What follows is a development of a hypothesis to be used in measuring the test subjects, the mode of selection which will be employed. This will be followed by an analysis of the volume as well as quantity of Private equity deals, the stock market performance as well as volume.
