This coming as a preview to the HSPU we will be working on in the Gymnastics/Efficiency/Skill class tonight. I would change her elbow position a bit; however, her strict body position is spot on. Correct progressions in this skill are VITAL for core safety. If you cant achieve this at least 3 times, you have NO business kipping them. In fact, Id rather an athlete achieve a kipping pushup without the wall before ever doing them on the wall. This assures strength, balance, and the ability to withstand the drop out of the top of the handstand. Remember the wall is not holding you up, your arms are. The wall is just a crutch. If not able to control these with a good strength base, the only thing to catch you is your head which is attached to your neck which is attached to your spine......You do the math.
