This day has literally been miraculous. (And not because its my birthday!) I started out driving to a place Ive never driven myself to before (had to get my drivers license renewed) and on the way, there was a car accident. I was waiting at a red light, and JUST as the lane started moving again and I pressed on the gas, the car BEHIND me was hit. I thought MY car had been hit....but nothing! It was a pretty big bump because I saw the person in the car behind me jolt forward. I truly feel that if I had not been starting to move forward, I would have been hit as well. Luckily, everyone seemed to be okay! I got to the DMV and renewed my license, and then it was off to The Arc to volunteer. I spent most of my morning with the kids there, and they even sang Happy Birthday to me! Then I had lunch with one of my friends there, and volunteered for her as well. I got home to lots of wonderful birthday wishes from so many people! (Thank you ALL!) Over 50 of them!!! I also received a great gift from my friend Katie, an awesome card in the mail from my friend Ian, and another card in the mail from my library friends!
