This guy cant be too bright . . . he decided to rob a bank in his Halloween costume, and picked a costume WITHOUT a mask. A guy dressed as a construction worker went into a Chase bank branch in Manhattan on Halloween, and slipped a note to the teller demanding money. As far as we know he didnt have a weapon, but the teller still gave him some money and he left. His construction worker outfit featured a yellow hard hat, an orange reflector vest, a blue jumpsuit, and white gloves. Were assuming it was a Halloween costume . . . although, in theory, it could just be a construction worker who decided to rob a bank on his lunch break. Police are still trying to track him down.
