This guy reminds me of the spokesperson for the late President Saddam Hussein of Iraq. When the US jets were bombing and invading Bagdad, he kept saying everything was under control and that Iraq would prevail. This jerk is exactly the same. He is responsible for the chaos in his party and the low numbers, but he keeps saying everything is under control and that he scored a victory. Ask soon-to-be former Speaker Boehner and always-gonna-be MINORITY leader McConnell about the victory.
