Guys, be it from Round2, InjusticeSg, etc. As some of you may know, I worked my last day at Tough Cookie Gaming Cafe last saturday, marking the end of my journey there. This journey over this one year was a blast. But now I would like some feedback from those who have seen me at TC. Im just gonna go straight to the point. So please tell me if, based on my appearance, and when Im not smiling: - Am I intimidating? - Am I hard to approach? Because, to be honest, I feel like I have been appropriately service-oriented. - I greet people with a smile. - I never turn down anyone when they ask for help - I hit confirm to see if the shop is hot, cold, or if you guys have left anything behind - I entertain all requests when asked to teach, swap setups, trouble shoot (for example repairing sticks) - I feel like Ive done a bit more than Im expected to. I always welcome and help newbies and randoms when they walk in, Im replenishing drinks promptly, Ive always been willing to extend opening hours. If anyone feels like any of the above is not true. Please feel free to tell me now. I have also made it a point to keep personal issues out of my work at TC. So I would like to ask now if I have offended anyone or showed bias against anyone. If anyone has been offended by me, or holds grudges against me still, or has been avoiding TC during my shift, please let me know now. Im not posting this to blame anything or anyone else. In fact, Im asking for your feedback so that I can take a good look at myself. Im asking so I can find out what you guys think of me. Give me your honest feedback, and I promise I will not tilt. I will take all criticism with open arms. I have given my friends instructions not to do so either. Most importantly, I am willing to apologize to anyone if there are still any unresolved issues from my time at TC. I have more questions to ask, but this post is long enough for now. So I do hope that you will give me your two cents without worrying about repercussions, because there will not be any from me or my close friends. I want to end my journey on a good note.
