This has been quite a year for sure. On Feb. 27th my father went home to the Lord. we continued to see Amber suffer so much and on December 6th, she lost her battle with cancer. How can a 16 year old with such a bright future have her life cut short. All the questions with no answers in this life. We now are preparing to send my mother-in-law home. Today on Christmas Eve I am overwhelmed with grief. Thinking about the missing places at our Christmas dinner is breaking my heart. So much death. But one thing is certain. Tommorrow I will celebrate and rejoice because with the day comes New Birth. With the birth of Jesus comes so much hope for the future. In Him we have the assurance for new life with Him one day and I look forward to once again being with those I have loved and lost. My Redeemer lives.
