This is NOT okay!!! I know lots of great police officers. I care about the well-being of everyone - cops & civilians. I think all good cops should be recognized. They deserve to be rewarded for going above & beyond. I know they all risk their lives, and many of them serve & protect us. I also speak out against police officers who are violent. I certainly dont generalize. But Ive seen some pretty shitty cops. But I know not all cops are shitty. Just like I know some pretty shitty Christians, but I know not all Christians are shitty. But I most certainly confront & address cops, civilians, Christians & whoever else when they engage in violence or an injustice. Police officers should be held at the highest level of the law because they are protecting us from those who are not following the laws. I read a DOJ report recently that explained that violence against cops is steadily decreasing, cops committing violence is increasing. So there is a problem that needs solving. Our good cops need to be protected too! I greatly appreciate all the cops protecting us as we peacefully protest police violence in Washington DC.
