This is a composition for an improvisers orchestra. The musicians are asked to think of the notes they will play, as the composer provides almost only the structure. The musicians commented that the piece is much more difficult than it seemed at first sight! Politically, the piece is part of an effort for autonomy and collective creativity in a western music culture.
