I do not need any more people to govern me I need the current government to do their job! Mike Armando The goal of a Village is to make the quality of life better for its people. There are so many absentee landlords that do not care about there property just the rent they receive. Renters have rights too and an incorporated village would make sense to them, they would be protected from any landlord that does not care about his property. For instance leaking roofs, 2 feet high grass, cesspool that sometimes works. Why should a tenant stand for this. The incorporated village would make everyones life better and would stop tenant abuse by someone that does not care about his property but just the profits they can get.
