This is a great site, with resources for anyone who coaches or has children that are student athletes. I am sharing this particular post as it goes directly to the heart of what coaching should be all about. Not just wins and losses, but about the student athletes that have been entrusted to your program. As a coach I believe it should be your highest priority to truly watch the athletes and help them on and, more importantly, off the court.
