This is a public service announcement from the Wilderness Program Coordinator Staff. It has been brought to our attention that there is an epidemic of folks getting STOKED! The WP is sensitive to the fact that much of our programming can result in getting stoked and that college students are particularly vulnerable to getting stoked. Our instructional staff has been brought up to speed on this emerging situation and have been trained to recognize the signs and symptoms of stokedness which include and not limited to: euphoria, saying stoked, perma grin, chest bumping and fist bumping. Getting stoked is highly contagious and can be transmitted readily to others. Be vigilant!
