This is a study done by 2 Republicans and 1 Democrat through University funding. This is not a driver of health care costs, plus 30 states have already done Tort Reform. When we can negotiate with drug companies, and when individuals start addressing the underlying cause of their health problems in their lifestyle, health care costs can go down. Thats how 25 other countries do better than us in most metrics at half the price. We are land of the free...free to pay twice as much as every other country for the exact same drug/medication.
